Fanling Court |
A Filipino who sold but failed to deliver a toy after
collecting payment of $2,400, was ordered by Fanling Court to return the money
to his victim, after he pleaded guilty to fraud.
But that is just part of the penalty that Nicholas Agus, 26
years old, has to face when he returns to the court on March 26, after posting
bail of $1,000 last Thursday (Feb. 29).
