The Immigration Department filed the case against her after
she was arrested last Sept. 9 for selling food to beach goers at
Repulse Bay.
This violated the condition of stay imposed by an
Immigration Assistant on Aug. 6, 2024, when she was permitted to remain in Hong
Kong for employment as a domestic helper for the employer who signed her contract,
the Immigration complaint said.
