A Filipina walked free out of Eastern Court today after a charge of fighting in public against her was withdrawn and the prosecution offered a bind-over arrangement as a settlement.
But while the arrangement cleared A. Pui, a 31-year-old guest relations officer at the wine bar Trilogy in Central where the fight took place, her two co-accused remained on the dock after their case was adjourned to July 23.
They remained free on $500 bail each.

Pui as well as Jean-Charles Huguenet, a 44-year-old French
businessman, and unemployed Indonesian Fam Chai Jun, 46 years old, were charged
with fighting in a public place, contrary to section 25 of the Public Order
Ordinance.
They were charged after “an unlawful fight” fight inside The
Trilogy, a wine bar on the 26th floor of H Code at 45 Pottinger
Street, Central, on Sept. 13, 2025.
It later emerged that the two allegedly ganged up on Pui,
who said she would file separate charges against the two.
