The Labour Department (LD) will conduct an online briefing on
October 11, 2026 (Sunday) via Zoom for foreign domestic helpers, to explain
their employment rights and how to keep clear of threats to their safety.
LD has invited representatives from the Hong Kong Police
Force and the Immigration Department to give our participants a talk on
anti-money laundering and fraudsters’ practices, points-to-note for FDHs
working in Hong Kong, as well as individual and community safety awareness.

It will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm and conducted in
English.
The October 11 briefing will be open to all FDHs who enrol
by noon of October 9 (Friday) through the following ways:

- Enroll by email or fax. Send the duly completed enrolment form (available at https://www.fdh.labour.gov.hk/res/pdf/Individual_Enrolment_Form.pdf) to the Foreign Domestic Helpers Division of LD (Email address: fdh-enquiry@labour.gov.hk; Fax no.: 3101 0604).
The event is free of charge. Enrolment is on a first-come,
first-served basis. Enrolment results will be issued by email. For enquiries,
