| The death happened in this luxurious residential estate |
A 36-year-old Filipina domestic helper was found hanging by a rope inside the bathroom of her employer’s flat in the luxury residential estate, Victoria Coast in Pokfulam, early today, Wednesday.
Police who were
called to the scene at 7:17am by the helper’s employer said the victim left a
suicide note indicating financial problems as the cause.
The victim with
initials M.D.C. was declared dead at the
scene.
Police have
classified the death as suicide but an autopsy will be carried out to determine
the exact cause of death.

Office has confirmed receiving a report on the death.
