Sixteen Filipina domestic helpers and five men - three Filipinos, an Indian and a Pakistani - were arrested on Saturday night, Sept 11, on suspicion of illegal gambling in Central, police said.

A police spokeswoman said Sunday those arrested had all been released on bail and issued fixed penalty notices for illegal group gathering. They were also booked for illegal gambling and will all report back to the police in late September, the officer said.
