The Sunday events start with the formal opening of the OFW Global Centre on the 18th floor of United Centre in Admiralty, which is expected to be graced by Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Cacdac and OWWA administrator Patricia Yvonne "PY" Caunan.

Free legal consultation with PAO lawyers will be at the OFW Global Centre

Also in attendance will be lawyer Persida Acosta, chief of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), the Philippines’ public defender for the poor and the marginalized.
