Tianzon was charged with trafficking in a dangerous drug, contrary to section 4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance.

He was accused of “unlawfully traffick(ing) in a dangerous drug, namely 8,004.3 grams of cannabis in herbal form and traces of cannabis in herbal form,” the Customs charge sheet said.

He was also charged with importing an alternative smoking product, contrary to section 13B of the Import and Export Ordinance.

The charge arose from an eléctronic cigarette device that officers found in his luggage.
